Your Health with Fast Foods

Now-a-days lovers of fast foods have been increasing drastically and the reason is very clear. People have become too busy and too idle to cook delicious and healthy food at home and in this context, I would like to mention the name of one of my friends namely Suraj Bhujel (Nepali). He always comes to office in almost empty stomach and often use to eat fast foods from nearby shops for which he has been suffering from lots of health issues.
The big question is whether fast foods are healthy. The answer from my side will stand as "NO". Bad effects of fast foods can easily be seen in a person who regularly choose to fast foods. Such people would definitely suffer from various health issues for instance: cardiovascular disease, diabetes in addition any other chronic problems. Fast foods are tasty to your mouth and you very easily become greedy for them, but one thing must be remembered, fast food contains too much oil, salt and cholesterol which wreak havoc on your health. Here stands, the list which fast food causes to your health: 1) Extra calorie (2) High Blood Pressure (3) Blood Sugar Spike (4) Insulin Resistance (5) Hard on the Heart (6) Bloating & Puffiness (7) Weighty Problem (8) Shortness of Breath (9) High Cholesterol (10) Depression (11) Headache (12) Dental Distress and (13) Acne Problem. Fast foods contain no nutrition compared to a healthy food. Rather it contains huge amount of calories, unhealthy fat, carbohydrates, sugar and sodium. If you eat fast food regularly then you will surely suffer from poor health together with gaining overweight. If you want to get rid of the above health issues always prefer to eat home-made foods and healthy foods.
