Initial Pay Fixation Letter

         

                      Perused the application dtd 17.03.2016 submitted by XX, Stenographer Grade-III of the office of the undersigned, praying for fixation of his pay as per Letter No.HC VII-72/96/Vol-III/10870/A dtd 21.10.2010 issued by the Hon’ble Gauhati High Court, Guwahati and Letter No. JDJ 265/2007/pt/23 dtd. 18.12.2010 issued by the Govt. of Assam Judicial Department Dispur, Guwahati-6, on his date of joining on 30.03.2015(forenoon).

                             Considering the prayer of the incumbent concerned and upon perusal of the said letters, the initial pay of XX, Stenographer Grade-III of the office of the undersigned, is hereby fixed in the Scale of Pay (Pay band-2) @Rs.5200/- to Rs.20,200/- and Grade Pay @ Rs.2900/- by adding one advance increment as follows:

Pay Fixed on: 30.3.2015 (Rs.5200/- + Grade pay Rs.2900/-)=Rs.8100/-

(One advance increment @ 3% on basic pay Rs.8100/-)=      Rs.250/-

                                                                                       Rs.8350/-

Thus initial pay fixed on 30.3.2015                                      Rs.8350/-

The next date of increment falls on 01.7.2016
