Take one teaspoon of mashed papaya and one teaspoon of honey and mix them well and apply it in your face or your body skin. Leave it for 20-30 minutes and then rinse well your skin with cold water.

Papaya peels can help you a lot in reducing wrinkles. Just rub papaya peels in your neck and face and leave it for 30 minutes and then rinse well with cold water. Papaya peels help to remove flaky and dead skins thus reducing the wrinkles.

Many times I have heard from a lot of women saying: "I have become too fatty and my husband tells me that I have gotten too weight". I know what affects you such weight. But it not yet too late. Still there are a few ways you can lose your weight very easily but with very care and in regular way. Please read below the few steps by which you can reduce your weight.


1) Exercise: I know you are a very busy person. But though you do not get time for having a little exercise but I force you to make such a regular routine to exercise for once a day (except one day in a week for rest). People as usual always trust a doctor and lays all responsibilities upon their doctor in regards to their any kind of health problems. But we must know that doctor is not God. We also should have some knowledge about our health problems. Because rather to blame a doctor while he fails to meet your expectations it is better you first acknowledge your health problems yourself.

There are some health issues which you can deal with yourself very easily. A doctor may not be required all the time you face health issues.

But breakfast should be mandatory in your routine if you want to maintain a healthy life. After spending fast the whole night, as per experts view, one must have breakfast within two hours of waking from sleeping before leaving the house.
