Many times I have heard from a lot of women saying: "I have become too fatty and my husband tells me that I have gotten too weight". I know what affects you such weight. But it not yet too late. 1) Exercise: I know you are a very busy person. But though you do not get time for having a little exercise but I force you to make such a regular routine to exercise for once a day (except one day in a week for rest). 4) Eat Vegetables: Yes you heard right. Vegetables are enriched with nutrition which give you advantage to reduce or burn your calories. So try to incorporate vegetables in your diet. I would like to mention some of them which you may include in your diet like Peppers, Broccoli, Spinach and Pickles.
