How to Regrow Hair?

Many young people have been facing a problem of hair loss. They are already tired off by the efforts they have already applied for getting hair back. A vast money has been expended by buying costly chemical items with the hope that by using those chemicals they will regrow their hair, but all are in vein. They got nothing from those easily available chemicals and got no solution to regrow their lost hair and most of such people are now saying they are dependent upon the nature. Now, if it is nature why then they do not take shelter of the nature by using natural ingredients. There are various natural ways which can help such people to regrow their lost hair. 

In hair losing problem, first one thing must to be remember, try to apprehend why you are losing your hair. There are a plenty number of reasons and factors for which men suffer such problems. It may be genetic or due to deficiency in vitamins, protein, or thyroid problems.

  3. Use of Natural Oil: With the scalp messaging another essence you may take from using natural oil while messaging your scalp. Oil helps to regrow new hair by unclogging the hair follicles. I recommend Jojoba Oil or Coconut Oil as the best natural oil.  
  4. Healthy Diet: It is most important to have healthy diet so as to have thick and healthy hair. Protein is very much essential to regrow hair and it helps hair to grow fast and quick. Some of the goods/items that contain abundant protein are like egg, meat, green leafy vegetables. In addition I further recommend to drink plenty of water to have healthy and thick hair.

We eat honey to maintain us healthy. But do you know honey can help you eliminate acne, pimples etc from your face and makes you beautiful looking. It also helps you from aging. Honey contains such natural ingredients and nutrients to help you in your skin problem. 

Honey in Acne Problem:Honey contains many natural ingredients like antibacterial properties which removes bacteria from your skin that causes breakouts in your face. 

Use of Honey in Face: Clean your face and dry it up with a cotton cloth. Gently apply raw honey in your face and leave it four about twenty minutes. Then rinse you face with lukewarm water.

Use of Lemon Juice to get rid of pimples

When we say about pimples it gives us a jolt to our confidence in a beauty contest. You have used a large number of facial soaps or creams to get rid of pimples, but the result, as I gather, is you are still suffering from existence of pimples on your face. Not only the pimples but also scars which a pimple always leave behind it thus harming your beauty. 

Now a days people has been becoming very idle. They have forgotten about the use of natural remedies that can help us in a smooth and easy way without causing any harm to us. But we do is always we want ready-made. We use the products available in the market. Many times we become victim by using such chemical mixed products, but never leave to use those products.

A few Steps to Eliminate Acne

Acne is a blazing problem for your beauty and a number of people have to face acne. Some people gives chance to breakout pimples on their face by rubbing with their hands, picking blackheads etc. Acne may appear on account of stress problem, hormones etc. Some few causes of acne are: Poor diet, stress, poor personal hygiene, hormonal fluctuations, intake of excess sugar, vitamin deficiency and negligence to drink water properly. However, there are few steps following which can be helpful to reduce your acne problem. 

Steps:

  1. Healthy food: When I say healthy food please ignore junk foods which are totally harmful. Eat such foods which are healthy, contains protein and nutrients. Eat vegetables and fruits as they contain adequate protein and nutrients which assist your dead skins to regenerate. It also reduces oiliness in your skin.
  2. Regular Exercise: You may be busy in your daily life. But manage a little time, at least 45 minutes, to take exercise regularly. Exercising makes you to sweat and thus your dead skin gets away of your skin. It also reduces your stress and helps in eliminating acne from your body. 
  3. Drink Water: Five liters of water is daily requirement for our body. Always try to drink enough water till it is five liters a day. 
  4. Avoid simple sugar: Never intake simple sugars; rather eat foods which contain complex carbohydrates such as whole wheat bread. 
  5. Shower: Never forget to shower yourself with suitable shampoo. Rinse well your body and hair. Showering reduces oiliness & cleanses the dead skin from your body. 
  6. Avoid cosmetics: particularly those which are oily. Cosmetics available in market always contain chemicals. So avoiding cosmetics is always better to get rid of acne problem.

Why We Fast In Holy Days?

We have seen that in every dharma, whether it be Sanatana, Islam, Buddha, or so on, there is a system of fasting. Hindus do fasting in puja and Muslims in Ramjan and other people from different categories of dharma also do the same by fasting. Now the question is here why we should fast? 

Here I will refer to Sanatana Dharma from which I have brought this story. So proceed to the story step by step

Before creation of the world there was first existence of Lord Shiva and Vishnu according to Sanatana Dharma and Brahma took birth from Vishnu. 

Vishnu: He is the Supreme Lord (God). He is always peaceful, merciful and compassionate. He is preserver and controller of the world. 

Shiva: The name "Shiva" itself an is auspicious one. He is so powerful. He is destroyer.  


Brahma: Lord Brahma was born from a lotus which came into existence from the navel of Lord Vishnu. He is creator of this world and all beings. He is also known as Prajapati. 

Now Proceed to our story: Lord Brahma created human beings. After creation of human beings they did not get the purpose of their lives. Then they asked Lord Brahma about their purpose of life. Lord Brahma could not answer this and he referred them to Lord Vishnu and similarly Lord Vishnu also suggested them to go to Lord Shiva. Human beings, in the long run, went to Lord Shiva in Kailash. But there they had to face Nandi at the door who asked them about their coming and stopped them to go to Lord Shiva saying that he was in meditation. Nadi told them to speak out the matter so as to convey the same to Lord Shiva. Then human beings explained their question of life upon which Nadi conveyed the same to Lord Shiva. Hearing this Shiva answered Nandi to tell human being that they should pray thrice a day and eat only once a day. But Nandi (Nandi as a bull) by mistake explained it in the other way. He told human being to eat thrice and pray once a day. 

When this news came to the ear of Shiva, he got angry and convened a meeting. In the meeting it was resolved that as a punishment all the human beings will maintain fasting in the holy days. This was done with a view to keep control over the food stocks. All Nandis (bulls) also, as a punishment, shall help the farmers in agricultural aspects.

How to Have Good Sleep At Night?

Are you suffering from a big problem in your daily night bed? Can you sleep well? If you cannot sleep well at night  then you are facing stress & tension problem which leads you to a sleepless night and then creating a disturbed day at your office. In my view, stress and tension is a part of our life. Whether its me or you none can remove them from our daily life but, of course, we can keep them away from us to have a good sleep at night. 

Tight sleep is most important because it plays a key role in your next working day and also maintaining you healthy. After working a day long you would definitely seek rest which necessary for our body and mind as well. 

Stress may occur in you from different ways in various manner. It may come from your financial problem, your heavy official work load, frequent quarrel in your family and so on. All these pushes you towards tension and produces stress resulting a sleepless night. Other factors for which you pass a sleepless night includes smoking of too much cigarettes, drinking alcohol, so much coffee or tea. 

If you want to have a good night sleep I suggest the following rules: 
(As I said, Stress & Tension is a part of our life and whether its me or you none of us can get rid of them totally)


(1)   Take physical exercise regularly. Physical exercise will help you to decrease you fat and make you feel tiredness and this way your body will be thirsty to have a rest and sleep and thus it will lead you to have a good sleep at night. 

(2)    If you are an office goer never think that your works in office and the walking you do  while going to your office and your home is not, which you may think as an exercise, an exercise that your health actually required. An idle person can think so. But if you want to get a good night sleep regular physical exercise is very much important. 

(3)   Try to keep your tension away from your mind before going to your bed. Better to remember the name of almighty God and think of him during the hour you are trying to sleep. Within a minute you will find you are sleeping well. 

(4)  Avoid smoking and drinking alcohol. Also suggest you not to take tea and coffee. 
       These steps will, I hope, bring you a better sleep at night.

Acidity & the way to get rid of acidity

More or less everyone of us has the problem of acidity and many of us take less care towards acidity problem. Believe it or not acidity can create a biggest problem in your life if proper care not taken. Generally acidity is a short term disease and when care is not taken towards it then it may become a great problem in your life which in the long run change into burning of the wall of your stomach giving chance of ulcer or cancer. 

Acidity of course is a short term problem. It is a natural fact that our body itself creates acid in our body. The acid which our body produces helps in digestion or in destroying some uncalled for germs etc. But when our body produces much acidity than the requirement at that time you feel disturbed like from gas, burning of chest etc. You will feel just like if you have eaten a lot, your stomach will be full of gas, you will feel irritating and there would be no appetite in you. Therefore never neglect acidity. As stated above, if this short term acidity problem is not taken care of properly this may bring a bigger problem in your future life. 

Now you are perhaps thinking if there is any way to neutralize acidity. I say yes you can cure your acidity. Just follow the rules below:

1. Have your foods in time so that the acid which our body produces can be used in digesting them.
